Keeping you informed every step of the way – communication is key! Working closely with our dedicated service managers and contract managers, we strive to ensure that all of your queries are resolved swiftly and you receive the highest quality result.
Contact
We aim to call our clients within 24 – 48 hours from when we receive a job card from the builder.
Inspection
We offer a 2 year fitting warranty from the day of fitting for any fitting issues reported.
Support
Each builder is allocated their own Customer Care Co-ordinator who keeps them up-to-date with the progress of their job.
Completion
Our fitters confirm customer satisfaction on the day of fitting and schedule any follow up requests, which is all communicated back to the builder.

A reminder is then sent 24 hours prior to the appointment via “Text Magic” to your mobile device.
This confirms to the client that their appointment is scheduled:
Our clients receive an automated report every Monday morning, via email. This advises them on the current situation of any outstanding cases. We send daily updates on all completed works, including our customer satisfaction sheet. The Saint teams also update any individual client portals with all of the information required.
On completion of works we give the customer the opportunity to provide feedback on the works undertaken.
