“The client is “chuffed to bits with the work Saint undertook in his new home” – the flooring is impeccable, the quality of curtains is exceptional, and the finish is superb with the ribbon.”

“Saint Flooring have been a welcome new addition to our supply chain. On what was their first project for us, they helped us deliver just short of 200 residential units for a valued client. The quality of work was excellent, as was the commitment to working safely. The installers on site were professional, conscientious, and helpful. Senior management were accessible, customer focused and really impressed with their hands-on approach to managing the project works. We would recommend Saint Flooring without hesitation and look forward to working with them in the future.”

“From the inception of Saint Flooring back in 2008 until now Steve’s and Saint Flooring’s commitment to quality both in service and in the product they deliver has never wavered. Saints’ growth is testimony to their devotion to excellence day in day out – year in year out.

Justine, Dave Heafey and Andy M all congratulated for their professionalism and delivery.”

“I would particularly like to recognise the professionalism and support you provided throughout the process. Your organisation, communication, and attention to detail ensured that everything was managed efficiently and made what has been a disruptive situation, less painful. Your customer service has been fantastic and genuinely appreciated.

Overall, the experience has demonstrated a high level of professionalism, customer care, and commitment to resolving the matter properly. I would be grateful if this feedback could be shared with senior management as recognition of the team’s efforts and Bloor homes too.”

“I have worked closely with Saint flooring for many years; in my role as Head of Customer Care for a Nationwide group PLC, it is imperative that we have contractors we can rely on! Saint tick all the boxes: quality, reliability and a great product. The fitters are always polite and pleasant to deal with. On the rare occasion we requested a callback, nothing was too much trouble.”

“Liam did a cracking job at Johns house, polite, courteous, knowledgeable , left the house clean and tidy.”

“Thank you Kelly, the flooring was amazing and we are over the moon with the detail and quality of fitting.”

“I just wanted to say thank you for your wonderful customer service. I found you all so helpful on the phone and on email. Our installer was brilliant on Wednesday, just as he was on his previous visit. It was much appreciated and the carpet looks great.”

“We deal with a wide range of contractors here and I wanted to drop a note to make the point that the Saint Flooring team are fantastic to deal with, every time – undoubtedly our best contractor in my opinion.

I predominately speak with Rachael and Brian, who are always quick to deal with any issue, or provide product or install information. We really appreciate the support of your team, in helping us support our customers.”

“We both just want to say how incredibly impressive Saint Flooring and Interiors have been, from the outset until now we have experienced the most outstanding customer service from Ian Myatt, Zoe House, Tracy Leather and every other member of the team that have been involved in one way or another to help us achieve the finish we required, we can’t thank you all enough for this process.

It is so refreshing to know that all of a company’s departments work at this level and not just a few.”

“I am writing to praise one of your employees Justine, who deals with our site.  In this industry, as you know, we are very quick to play the blame game but not so forthcoming with people who go above and beyond.   Justine has been out of this world in helping our site reach our targets not just at year end but every day.  She is always happy, polite and she also has a great sense of humour.”

“William Davis Limited began trading with the Saint Group in January 2018 and from the first introductory meeting with Steve and Lucy Turner in August of the previous year, there was no doubt in my mind that we would have a successful trading relationship with a company and a team that are very passionate about delivering upon their promises.”

“I want to just let you know that the joint between the Hallway herringbone floor and the straight Amtico in the lounge was done to such a high standard the customer was over the moon when they saw it and I was really impressed. If you can feed that back to the fitter, who did it as it really should be praised. I wish I had taken a photo when I was in the plot.”

“We would just like to say what a fantastic job your fitter John did when he came to replace the flooring in our bathroom. Not only did he replace the board underneath, but when he discovered the grouting strip were incorrect, he went back to Winsford to get the correct size and returned to fit them.”

“We just wanted to say what a fantastic job your fitting guys have done on the Amtico flooring in the reception area & kitchen.
Despite what must’ve been a difficult job in following the curve of the walls, the finish looks amazing. The herringbone is dead centre and the attention to detail around the doors frames and floor boxes is exceptional.”

“Lucy and the team are immensely professional, approachable and reactive. They quickly understand any brief, offer great quality and fantastic service.”

“I have worked with Saint flooring for over 10 years now and in my opinion they are one of the best flooring companies out there, they are always willing to help and are perfectly set up to assist developer’s flooring needs.”
