Customer Care Administrator
Saint Flooring are a leading flooring contractor with offices across England supplying and installing directly to the new house build sector.
To support our continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at our Head Office in Winsford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, proficient Administrator/Customer Care worker who wishes to progress their career within this field.
Working within the Customer Care team, you will be responsible for speaking to site managers regarding any flooring issues. This will then involve helping to prepare the work for the fitters diary and calling customers to confirm jobs for the following day. Following up with aftercare that the work has been completed and passing through to the accounts department for invoicing were applicable.
We are seeking a confident communicator that is highly proficient in using Microsoft packages. This is a fantastic opportunity for highly organised, conscientious individual to join the team.

Salary band: £17,000 – £21,000 per annum
